There are 60 periods (one period is equal to 24 minutes) of 24 minutes in a day. Man should wake up at 04:00 a.m. to 05:36 a.m. i.e. four periods (one period is equal to 24 minutes) and do Obeisance prayer, Meditation and three prayers i.e. Master prayer, Improvement prayer and Control prayer. Morning time can be adjusted as per one’s convenience.
